Returns and Exchanges
We want happy customers! If your new, unused item doesn't work out or is defective, bring it back within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

Privacy Policy
Crossings never collects, sells or shares your information with anyone, and we will not add you to any of our mailing lists without your specific request. If you have trouble unsubscribing from any of our mailing lists, please call and we'll take care of it for you.

Concert Cancellation and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event the performance is cancelled BY THE MUSICIANS, 100% of your purchase will be refunded. EXCEPTIONS: If the event is sold out and Crossings can resell your tickets before the concert starts, you will be granted a refund, less online processing fees. Call us and we'll do our level best to work with you.

Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand entirely that life brings many surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation.

Please help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation and refund policy:

Class participants who cancel 21 or more days prior to the class start date will receive a 100% refund, and will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.

Class participants who cancel 8-20 days prior to the class start date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued 0-7 days prior to the class start date.

Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

Campers who withdraw 30 or more days prior to the camp start date will receive a 100% refund and charged a $15 cancellation fee.

Campers who withdraw 15-29 days prior to the camp start date will receive a 50% refund and charged a $15 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued 0-14 days prior to the camp start date.

Campers may transfer from one camp to another up to 14 days prior to the camp start date with a $15 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued after the start of the camp due to illness.
Family emergency situations will be dealt with on an individual basis.
