Join us for this very special weekend of healing and spirituality centered on the Medicine Wheel.

Walk in nature. Share with one another. Breathe. Connect.

The Medicine Wheel has been used as a healing tool by many indigenous peoples for thousands of years. It is a powerful tool for understanding how to live a life of balance and harmony.

This weekend we will explore the Four Cardinal Directions, also known as the Sacred Guardians of the Four Directions. We will learn the places in the wheel where we become wounded or fragmented from trauma and simple tools for healing these places. We will be doing some shamanic journeying, holding discussions and spending time in nature to connect on a deeper level to the spirit world.

We will begin the weekend by gathering around the fire and starting in the wheel's Center, the place of the heart, where all things begin and all things end.

Our mornings will be open to yoga, breathwork or a silent walking meditation outside.

We will close the weekend with a traditional pipe ceremony to complete the circle with wisdom and transformation.

Things to bring:

  • A dish to share for the first meal (refrigerator/stove/oven available, if needed),
  • drum or rattle (not needed if you do not have one),
  • a journal and pen,
  • eye covering,
  • shawl or blanket,
  • any sacred items to place on the alter,
  • snacks
  • warm clothes and rain gear (as we will be outside every day)
